Abstract:
A resin composition (E) contains, relative to 100 parts by mass of a polyolefin (A), 0.1-20 parts by mass of an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (B), 0.1-20 parts by mass of an acid-modified polyolefin (C), and 0.1-10 parts by mass of an acid-modified polyolefin (D), wherein the MFR (190ºC, 2.16 kg load) of the polyolefin (A) is 0.01-10 g/10 min, the acid value of the acid-modified polyolefin (C) is 0.1-9 mg KOH/g, the acid value of the acid-modified polyolefin (D) is greater than 10 mg KOH/g but no more than 120 mg KOH/g, and the ratio (D/A) of the MFR (190ºC, 2.16 kg load) of the acid-modified polyolefin (D) relative to the MFR (190ºC, 2.16 kg load) of the polyolefin (A) is 50 or more. The amount of degradation products of this resin composition (E) which adhere to a screw or die is low even when melt molding is carried out continuously for a long period of time. Moreover, a molded article having excellent impact resistance and appearance can be obtained by using the resin composition (E). This production method is capable of producing the resin composition (E) for a long period of time and stably.
