Abstract:
Provided is a resin composition that contains EVOH (A), a component (B) comprising nitric acid and/or nitric acid ions, and metal ions (C). The component (B) content Bm is 0.5 μmol/g to 100 μmol/g. The metal ion (C) content Cm is 2 μmol/g to 120 μmol/g. The component (B) content Bm, the metal ion (C) content Cm, and the average valence Cv of the metal ions (C) satisfy formula (1). If the resin composition contains a component (D) comprising carboxylic acid and/or carboxylic acid ions, then Bm, Cm, Cv, the component (D) content Dm, and the average valence Dv of the component (D) satisfy formula (2). Formula (1): (Cv×Cm)/Bm≥1.0. Formula (2): ((Cv×Cm)-Bm)/(Dv×Dm)≥0.2.
