Abstract:
Disclosed is a resin composition that demonstrates sufficient oxygen absorption performance within a comparatively short period after being placed in the presence of oxygen, even without including an oxidation catalyst such as a transition metal catalyst, and that furthermore suppresses the generation of odors associated with oxygen absorption. The resin composition, in which an oxygen-absorbing resin composition is dispersed within a matrix resin, is characterized in that the oxygen-absorbing resin composition comprises a cyclized product of a conjugated diene polymer and a C18-44 saturated fatty acid.
