Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a resin composition exhibiting thermal adhesion and water vapor barrier properties with respect to non-polar substrates, as well as handleability, and said purpose is achieved by a resin composition containing: a modified polyolefin resin obtained through grafting with an α,β-unsaturated carboxylic acid and a derivative thereof; and a clay mineral, wherein the content of the clay mineral is 5-50 weight% with respect to 100 weight% of the modified polyolefin resin. In said resin composition, it is preferable that the clay mineral be a synthetic clay mineral treated with an organic compound, and that the modified polyolefin resin be obtained through grafting with a (meth)acrylic ester.
