This resin film for use in a metal plate laminate comprises a resin composition formed by dispersing polyester-base thermoplastic elastomers in a thermoplastic polyester that has a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 70°C-90°C, characterized in that the content of the thermoplastic elastomers in the film is 2-50 wt%, and in that, defining W as the content (wt%) of the thermoplastic elastomers in the film, the absolute value ΔTg of the difference between the glass transition temperature of the thermoplastic polyester and the glass transition temperature of said film satisfies expression (1) below.　(1) ...
