Title:
RESIN FINE PARTICLES AND APPLICATION THEREOF
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2022/131052
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing resin fine particles which are useful as an anti-blocking agent or the like, exhibit sufficient resistance against a thermal load applied when a resin is compounded, can adequately reduce the residual amount of unreacted monomer in the resin fine particles, and have a color tone that does not have an adverse effect on optical characteristic even when used in an optical member or the like that requires extremely high optical characteristic (colorless and transparent). As a means for solving this problem, the present invention provides resin fine particles which contain a copolymer that includes: at least one type of unit derived from a monofunctional vinyl-based monomer (A) having a cyclic structure in the molecular structure; at least one type of unit derived from a monofunctional alkyl (meth)acrylate-based monomer (B); at least one type of unit derived from a polyfunctional (meth)acrylate (C); and at least one type of unit derived from a polyfunctional thiol (D). The glass transition temperature of a polymer comprising only the monofunctional alkyl (meth)acrylate-based monomer (B) is 50ºC or lower.
