Abstract:
A resin liquid weighing device for a rice milling emery roll, the device comprising a liquid storage tank (1) and a material receiving tank (2). A circular groove is provided in the top of the liquid storage tank (1); a stirring mechanism (3) is rotationally arranged in the circular groove; several circular protrusions are evenly arranged on an inner wall of the liquid storage tank (1); electric heating wires (4) are arranged in the circular protrusions; the stirring mechanism (3) comprises a rotating bracket (31), stirring rods (32) and a thrust bearing (33); several stirring rods (32) are provided; the several stirring rods (32) are uniformly and vertically arranged at the bottom of the rotating bracket (31); the thrust bearing (33) is arranged in the circular groove at the top of the liquid storage tank (1); and the rotating bracket (31) is arranged at the top of the thrust bearing (33). The device can automatically stir and heat a resin liquid, and can better complete weighing work of the resin liquid.
