Abstract:
[Problem] To inexpensively manufacture a lightweight and highly rigid resin metal composite panel that, as a laminated panel for building materials and floor and wall materials of vehicles and ships, excels in corrosion resistance and exhibits high rigidity. [Solution] A resin metal composite panel obtained by pouring and foaming a hard urethane resin between two covering materials comprising metal plates, and molding the result. Each covering material has a thermoplastic resin layer of a specific thickness on an outer surface side of the panel. The surface tension of the inner surface side to be adhered to a core resin layer is 50 mN/m or greater, and each covering material is a single-sided film-laminated steel plate with a plate thickness of 0.1 mm or greater, or a single-sided film-laminated aluminum plate with a plate thickness of 0.24 mm or greater, having a layer comprising a specific adherence amount of an inorganic hydrated oxide and an inorganic oxide. A hard foamed urethane resin of the core layer has a thickness of 3 mm or greater and has a dynamic vertical elastic modulus measured at 80ºC and 1 Hz of 100 MPa or greater, and the density of the hard foamed urethane resin after foaming is within a specific range.
