Abstract:
Provided is an electromagnetic coil 11 in which a wire 15 wound around a bobbin, a pair of connection terminals (first terminal 31a and second terminal 31b) for connecting the wire to an external circuit, and a diode 41 connected between the connection terminals are covered by a mold resin 51. A starting end of the wire is connected to the first terminal, and the first terminal has a diode attachment part 37a provided to the base end of the first terminal so as to rise from the outer surface of a flange 14a of the bobbin. A final end of the wire is connected to the second terminal, and the second terminal has a diode attachment part 37b provided to the base end of the second terminal so as to rise from the outer surface of the flange in parallel with the diode attachment part of the first terminal. The diode is connected so as to span between the diode attachment part of the first terminal and the diode attachment part of the second terminal.
