Abstract:
Provided is a method for efficiently removing impurities from an aliphatic polycarbonate resin while suppressing a decrease in the mass average molecular weight of the aliphatic polycarbonate resin. More specifically, provided is a method for purifying an aliphatic polycarbonate resin, wherein the method includes (A) mixing a resin solution obtained by dissolving an aliphatic polycarbonate resin in a good solvent with a poor solvent or a nonsolvent of the aliphatic polycarbonate resin and precipitating the aliphatic polycarbonate resin and (B) applying a wash solution obtained by mixing a good solvent with a poor solvent or a nonsolvent in a mass ratio of 7:3-3:7 to the precipitated aliphatic polycarbonate resin obtained in (A).
