Title:
RESISTANCE SPOT WELDING MEMBER AND RESISTANCE SPOT WELDING METHOD THEREFOR
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2022/249651
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a resistance spot welding member and a resistance spot welding method therefor. The present invention is a resistance spot welding member comprising a resistance spot welding part in which a plurality of steel sheets including at least one high-strength plated steel sheet are resistance-spot-welded, wherein: the high-strength plated steel sheet has a specific component composition; an Fe-based electroplated layer serving as an underlying layer is provided between a plated layer of the high-strength plated steel sheet and a base material; the solid solution Si amount and the solid solution Mn amount in a region on a steel sheet surface in the vicinity of a corona bond end of the resistance spot welding part are respectively at most 35% of the solid solution Si amount and at most 35% of the solid solution Mn amount at a position corresponding to 1/4 of the sheet thickness; and regarding the steel sheet structure in the vicinity of the corona bond end, the average number density of cementite having a particle diameter of at least 0.06 μm is at least 0.08 pieces/μm2.
