Abstract:
Embodiments of the present application provide a resonant cavity packaging structure, an optical channel monitoring module, and a communication device. The resonant cavity packaging structure comprises an optical fiber assembly, a fixed structure, and a supporting member. The optical fiber assembly and the supporting member are oppositely arranged at two ends of the fixed structure. A first cavity is formed in the fixed structure, an optical fiber is disposed in the optical fiber assembly, the optical fiber assembly passes through the fixed structure, and an optical fiber end surface of the optical fiber is located in the first cavity. The end of the optical fiber assembly on which the optical fiber end surface is provided is a first end. The first end of the optical fiber assembly and an inner wall of the first cavity which is opposite to the first end of the optical fiber assembly form a second cavity. The second cavity is used to provide a resonance space for an optical signal emitted from the optical fiber. A receiving apparatus is disposed in the supporting member, the receiving apparatus corresponds to the second cavity, and the receiving apparatus is used to receive the optical signal that passes through the second cavity and is emitted from the fixed structure. The resonant cavity packaging structure provided in the embodiments of the present application has a simple structure and a small volume, which facilitates the miniaturization development of an optical device.
