Abstract:
A resonant coupler (10) wherein the following are provided on a principal surface of a first dielectric substrate (121): a loop-shaped first resonant wire (105), the two ends of which are near each other; an input wire (103) via which a signal is inputted; and a first connecting wire (107) that grounds one end of the first resonant wire (105). A second resonant wire (106), an output wire (104), and a second connecting wire (108) are provided on a principal surface of a second dielectric substrate (122) in a similar fashion to the first dielectric substrate (121). The outline of the first resonant wire (105) substantially coincides with the outline of the second resonant wire (106) when viewed from a direction perpendicular to the principal surface of the first dielectric substrate, and the shape of the first resonant wire (105) exhibits line symmetry with respect to the shape of the second resonant wire (106).
