Abstract:
Provided are a resonator and a resonance device capable of further improving the DLD. A resonator 10 comprises: a vibration portion 110 which includes three or more of a plurality of vibration arms 121A to 121D, each of the vibration arms 121A to 121D having a fixed end, at least two of the vibration arms 121A to 121D presenting the out-of-plane bend in different phases, and a base portion 130 which includes a front end portion 131A to which the fixed end of each of the plurality of vibration arms 121A to 121D is connected and a rear end portion 131B which is opposed to the front end portion 131A; a holding portion 140 which is configured to hold the vibration portion 110; and two support arms 151A and 151B one end of each of which is connected to the holding portion 140, wherein the other ends of the two support arms 151A and 151B are connected to one portion in the rear end portion 131B of the base portion 130.
