Abstract:
Disclosed in the present disclosure are a resource allocation indication method, a base station, and a terminal. The method comprises: when a target service occurs, allocating a corresponding target transmission resource to a terminal; and sending resource indication information to the terminal according to the target transmission resource, the target transmission resource comprising an uplink transmission resource or a downlink transmission resource, the resource indication information comprising first indication information and second indication information, the first indication information being used for indicating a bandwidth part of the target transmission resource, the bandwidth part being part or all of a total bandwidth, and the second indication information being used for indicating position information of a PRB allocated to the terminal in physical resource blocks (PRBs) corresponding to the bandwidth part.
