Abstract:
The present application provides a resource allocation method, apparatus and system, applied to the technical field of communications. The resource allocation method provided by the present application comprises: when a network device determines that the current number of available control channel elements (CCEs) needs to be changed, the network device determines a target number of CCEs according to a preset step size; according to the target number of CCEs, the network device adjusts a frequency domain resource and/or a time domain resource occupied by a user specific control resource set; and the network device sends first configuration information to a terminal device, the first configuration information being used for indicating an adjusted time/frequency domain position of the user specific control resource set. The method can dynamically adjust a time domain resource and/or a frequency domain resource occupied by a user specific control resource set, thereby reasonably utilizing resources and avoiding the waste of resources.
