Abstract:
The present application provides a resource allocation method, a communication apparatus, and a computer-readable storage medium. An access point determines and transmits a frequency band indication and a resource unit allocation indication according to an RU/MRU allocated by a PPDU. The frequency band indication is used to indicate an index of a frequency band on which the RU/MRU is located, and an index range corresponding to the frequency band indication in the bandwidth of the PPDU is multiplexed into an index range corresponding to the frequency band indication in a first bandwidth. The resource unit allocation indication is used to indicate an RU/MRU index of the RU/MRU in the frequency band, and an index range corresponding to the resource unit allocation indication in the bandwidth of the PPDU is also multiplexed into an index range corresponding to the resource unit allocation indication in the first bandwidth. The first bandwidth is greater than the bandwidth of the PPDU. Hence, in the present application, the first bandwidth greater than the bandwidth of the PPDU is used as a determination basis for allocating the index to the RU/MRU, so that the problem of index mismatch due to the frequency domain position of the PPDU not comprising a primary channel is avoided.
