Abstract:
Disclosed are a resource allocation method and device. The method comprises: a terminal detecting a state of discontinuous reception (DRX); encoding the state detection result of the DRX in accordance with a preset policy; generating a reception reference signal (RRS) according to the coding result; and reporting the RRS to a base station, such that the base station allocates resources according to the RRS.
