Abstract:

The present invention provides a resource allocation method, a resource usage method, a user equipment, and a network side device. The resource allocation method applied to a network side device comprises: sending resource configuration information to a user equipment, the resource configuration information comprising at least one of: a resource cycle, and allocation information of a plurality of resources in each cycle. The resource usage method applied to a user equipment comprises: receiving resource configuration information of the network side device, the resource configuration information comprising at least one of: a resource cycle, and allocation information of a plurality of resources in each cycle; and receiving activating signaling of the network side device, and determining an available resource according to resource position information in the activating signaling and the resource configuration information.
