Provided in embodiments of the present application are a resource indication information transmission method, device and system, which are applicable to the fields of Internet of Vehicles, intelligent connected vehicles, assisted driving, intelligent driving and so on, and can reduce the interference between terminal devices or improve resource utilization. In the method, a first terminal device determines X candidate single time unit resource sets according to the number of sub-channels used by a second terminal device to transmit a PSSCH and/or a PSCCH, and indicates to the second terminal device K candidate single time unit resources the time domain positions of which are located within a first time window and which are in the X candidate single time unit resource sets, such that the second terminal device determines a first time-frequency resource according to the K candidate single time unit resources. The first time window is a time window that is comprised in a selection window corresponding to at least one candidate single time unit resource set among the X candidate single time unit resource sets.
