Abstract:
Disclosed in an embodiment of the present invention are a resource request method and device, in the resource request method: a signaling server may receive a service request message which is sent by a terminal and send a domain name query message to a domain name system (DNS) server; the DNS server may return access information of at least one media server which matches the Internet Protocol (IP) address of the terminal such that the signaling server may be bound to one of the media servers, sending the access information of the media server to the terminal. Hence, by implementing the embodiment of the present invention, the signaling server may be dynamically bound to a media server such that the deployment of a media resource is more flexible.
