Abstract:
A respiratory gating and CT image fused image guidance apparatus, comprising a CT imaging device, the CT imaging device being provided with a respiratory gating sensing apparatus (5) and a CT cavity (2); the CT cavity (2) is provided with a treatment bed (3) required by a patient and a treatment head (6), and at the same time, the treatment bed (3) is provided thereon with a respiratory gating sensor (1); the respiratory gating sensing apparatus (5) is connected to a CT image workstation (8) and an image fusion acquisition apparatus (9) by means of a synchronization signal line (4); the image fusion acquisition apparatus (9) is connected to an image fusion processing apparatus (10), the image fusion processing apparatus (10) is connected to an image fusion display apparatus (11), and the treatment head (6) is connected to a beam output controller (7) by means of a beam output control line (12). During guidance, a patient need only hold his or her breath once after the respiratory gating device is started, and subsequent treatment only requires normal breathing. At the same time, during guidance, by means of introducing a registration fusion algorithm, guidance positioning is more accurate, and the introduction of the registration fusion algorithm may improve guidance efficiency, thereby reducing treatment time and decreasing radiation time for patients.
