The present invention provides a respiratory structure for a lamp and the lamp comprising the respiratory structure. The lamp comprises a lamp body having an inner cavity. The respiratory structure comprises: a mounting portion, provided on the lamp body and protruding from the lamp body; a through hole, provided in the mounting portion, penetrating through the mounting portion, and communicated with the inner cavity of the lamp body; a respiratory film, provided on one end of the through hole facing the exterior of the lamp body; a gasket, provided on the respiratory film and provided with an air-permeable groove; and an elastic clamping piece, clamped on the mounting portion and configured to compress the gasket in a direction of the inner cavity of the lamp body. The respiratory structure in the present invention can effectively solve the problem of existence of an internal and external air pressure difference of the lamp during turn-on or turn-off of the lamp, the press-fit design of the gasket can prevent the respiratory film from falling off, and the design of the elastic clamping piece ensures the fit degree of the respiratory film.
