Abstract:
Disclosed are a responding method and device. One embodiment of the method comprises: performing, on the basis of a parsing result produced by parsing a user consultation statement, an intent analysis with respect to the user consultation statement in an ontology layer of a preestablished knowledge graph to produce an intent analysis result corresponding to the user consultation statement; performing an answer address search in a physical layer of the knowledge graph on the basis of the intent analysis result to produce an answer matching the user consultation statement; and transmitting the answer to a transmitting party from which the user consultation statement comes. The embodiment favors increased response efficiency and response accuracy.
