Abstract:
A restoration and energy absorption mechanism for a seat backrest, said mechanism comprising a seat base arm plate (100) and an angle adjuster lower connecting plate (300). The seat backrest is mounted on the angle adjuster lower connecting plate by means of an angle adjuster (400). The angle of inclination of the seat backrest can be adjusted by means of the angle adjuster. A first position (310) of the angle adjuster lower connecting plate is hinged to a first position (110) of the seat base arm plate by means of a pin shaft. A second position (320) of the angle adjuster lower connecting plate is provided with a waist-like hole (340). An energy-absorbing fastening element (620) passes through a first position of the waist-like hole and through a locking piece (500) and is locked at the second position (120) of the seat base arm plate. The locking piece can perform destructive unlocking by relying on an instantaneous external force, thereby releasing the position-limiting state between the backrest and a cushion, such that the seat can be restored during collision, and energy absorption is carried out by means of material extrusion deformation during the restoration process. The described restoration and energy absorption mechanism has a simple structure and low costs and is capable of ensuring the static strength of the backrest. The present invention further comprises an automobile seat provided with a restoration and energy absorption mechanism.
