Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for preparing a reticular glassy porous carbon thin-walled special-shaped part. The method comprises: 1, laying polyethylene wax powder on the upper part of a precursor polyurethane sponge for vacuum heating and heat preservation to obtain a blank; 2, machining; 3, immersing in a closed mixed solution for heating and heat preservation to obtain a dewaxed blank; 4, repeatedly cleaning and then drying; 5, sequentially dipping to coat in a slurry and drying in the shade, and then curing at a high temperature to obtain a cured part; and 6, burying the cured part in graphite powder for high-temperature carbonization to obtain a reticular glassy porous carbon thin-walled special-shaped part. According to the present invention, precursor polyurethane sponge filling processing is used in combination with a cured part powder burying sintering process to ameliorate the machinability of a blank, volume shrinkage uniformity of the cured part in a glassy carbon forming process is ensured, and the precision of the dimensions of a product thin-walled special-shaped part is improved. Therefore, the smooth forming of a reticular glassy porous carbon thin-walled special-shaped part the dimensions of which are highly precise is achieved, and the problem of a reticular glassy porous carbon thin-walled special-shaped part being difficult to prepare is solved.
