Abstract:
A retractable, rotatable camera comprises: a receiving space (1) provided on a terminal device, a sliding groove (101) provided on the receiving space (1) and perpendicular to a first surface of the receiving space (1), and a connection component (2) and a control mechanism provided inside the receiving space (1). A slider (201) that is restricted to move inside the sliding groove (101) and has a movement direction consistent with a camera (4) is provided on the connection component (2). An end of the connection component (2) is connected to the first surface through a first elastic piece, and the other end is connected to the camera (4) in a rotatable manner. The control mechanism is configured to control the camera (4) to pop up from the receiving space (1), and is configured to control the camera (4) to be retracted into the receiving space (1) and restrict the camera (4) at a preset position. In an aspect, a camera that is fixed inside a terminal device may pop up and rotate by a specific angle to perfectly implement self-portrait photographs or video calls, so as to achieve an effect of a multifunctional article. In another aspect, because a dedicated front facing camera does not need to be provided, a production cost of a terminal device is greatly saved.
