Abstract:
Disclosed are a retracting and extending apparatus and a cart apparatus transporting same. The retracting and extending apparatus according to an aspect of the present invention comprises: a first support portion detachably coupled to a switchboard on the outside; a second support portion movably coupled to the first support portion; a third support portion movably coupled to the second support portion; and a power unit which is detachably coupled to the third support portion and is formed to be coupled to or separated from a circuit breaker on the outside, wherein the power unit may comprise: a key which is accommodated in an insertion space provided in the circuit breaker to be extendable; and a motor member which is coupled to the key and rotates the inserted key in one of a clockwise direction and a counter-clockwise direction.
