The purpose of the invention is to provide a retrofit connector with a novel structure that can provide, using a retrofittable structure, wiring that does not interfere with the twisting movement between links in a robot arm. First and second exterior members 16, 18 are mutually joined in the axial direction so that openings of recessed grooves 20, 44 face each other. The first and second exterior members 16, 18 are allowed to rotate mutually in the circumferential direction, and an accommodating space 62 extending in the circumferential direction is formed by the recesses 20, 44. Connection wiring 14 that extends between a first connection part 64 of the first exterior member 16 and a second connection part 66 of the second exterior member 18 is accommodated in the accommodating space 62. An insertion part for an object to be mounted is configured in division portions 22b, 46b that divide the first and second exterior members 16, 18 in the circumferential direction. The first and second exterior members 16, 18 can be mounted in an externally fit state to each of a first and second object to be mounted 70, 72 that can mutually rotate.
