Abstract:
A reverse braking disengagement device for a mid-drive motor type electric bicycle, comprising a screw rod (1), a clutch block (2) and a clutch block stopper (11); the screw rod is mounted on a central shaft; the clutch block is sleeved on a clutch connection section (13) of the screw rod; one side of the clutch block is fixedly connected to a sprocket support (6); the inner circle of the clutch block is fitted to the outer circle of the clutch connection section of the screw rod by means of threads; the outer circle of the clutch block is friction-fitted to a motor output section; moreover, the other side of the clutch block is provided with the clutch block stopper, the clutch block stopper is connected to the screw rod, and the outer diameter of the clutch block stopper is larger than the outer diameter of the clutch connection section of the screw rod. By connecting the clutch block stopper to the screw rod and configuring the outer diameter of the clutch block stopper to be larger than the outer diameter of the clutch connection section of the screw rod, the displacement distance of the clutch block on the screw rod is limited, effectively preventing the clutch block from becoming detached from the screw rod. Further disclosed is an electric bicycle employing the reverse braking disengagement device.
