Abstract:
The present invention provides a reverse electrowetting mechanical energy collection device and a mechanical energy collection apparatus. The reverse electrowetting mechanical energy collection device comprises: a first electrode substrate; a second electrode substrate disposed opposite to the first electrode substrate to form an accommodating cavity; a solid dielectric layer disposed on the side of the second electrode substrate close to the first electrode substrate; a liquid-injection smooth and porous surface layer disposed on the side of the solid dielectric layer close to the first electrode substrate; and a conductive fluid that fills the accommodating cavity, and is in contact with the first electrode substrate and the liquid-injection smooth and porous surface layer. According to the present invention, the structural design of a multi-layer composite dielectric layer consisting of the solid dielectric layer and the liquid-injection smooth and porous surface layer is adopted, and the hydrophobicity and the insulativity of the dielectric layer are separated, thus a material having a relatively high dielectric constant can be selected as the solid dielectric layer, the dielectric structure limitation of fluoropolymers is broken through, the functional properties of the dielectric layer in a reverse electrowetting system are greatly improved, the problem of charge trapping is effectively avoided, and the energy generation efficiency of the device is improved.
