Abstract:
The present invention pertains to an RF module for an antenna and an antenna apparatus comprising same and comprises an amplifier module which is arranged between a main board and an RF filter and has at least one analog amplifying element built therein. The amplifier module comprises: an amplifier body; an amplifier substrate which is mounted inside the amplifier body, and of which the edge front end is signal-connected to the RF filter and the edge rear end is signal-connected to the main board; an amplifier cover provided to cover the amplifier substrate; and a vapor chamber which is located between the amplifier body and the amplifier substrate or between the amplifier cover and the amplifier substrate and mediates transfer of heat generated from analog amplifying elements mounted on the amplifier substrate.
