Abstract:
According to various embodiments, an RFIC comprises: an RF transceiver including a TX port and a FBRX port; a power amplifier (PA); a coupler; an antenna; and a processor, wherein the processor may set the coupler to operate in a reverse direction, which is a direction from the antenna to the TX port, activate the coupler, activate the FBRX port, and on the basis of power of a signal coupled with a TX signal that is output from the TX port and received by the FBRX port, control power of the TX signal output from the TX port. Various other embodiments are also possible.
