Abstract:
An RFIC module (101) includes: a substrate (1) including a first surface (S1) and a second surface (S2) that face each other; an RFIC (2) mounted on the substrate (1); and a circuit (5) formed on the substrate (1) and connecting or coupling the RFIC (2) to an antenna (6). An RFID tag (201) is configured by mounting the RFIC module (101) on an insulator film (60) provided with the antenna (6). A through-hole is formed in the substrate (1) of the RFIC module (101), and a pin (7) inserted through the through-hole fixes the RFID tag (201) to an article (300).
