Abstract:

An RFIC module (101) comprises: a substrate; an RFIC (2) that is mounted on the substrate and performs passive communication; and an impedance matching circuit that is formed on the substrate and performs impedance matching between the RFIC (2) and an antenna (6). The RFIC module (101) further comprises, on the substrate, a chip capacitor (CC1) etc., as an imparting circuit other than the RFIC (2).
