Title:
RFID TRANSPONDER DEVICE AND DOMESTIC REFRIGERATOR APPLIANCE WITH A PLURALITY OF RFID TRANSPONDER DEVICES
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/137713
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The invention relates to an RFID transponder device (20) which comprises a base body (24), an RFID transponder (21), a hinge (27) which is connected to the base body (24), and a strap (28) which is connected by one of its ends to the hinge (27), with the result that the strap (28) is mounted with respect to the base body (24) in such a way that it can fold about a pivoting axis (A) along a pivoting plane which is oriented at a right angle with respect to the pivoting axis. The strap (28), the hinge (27) and the base body (24) are at least part of an attachment device (22) by means of which the RFID transponder device (20) can be attached to a foodstuff or the packaging thereof. The strap (28) comprises a latching device (29) at its free end (28a) facing away from the hinge (27), and the base body (24) comprises a counter-latching device (32) which corresponds to the latching device (29), which latching device (29) and counter-latching device (32) are detachably latched to one another in a non-destructive fashion in the folded-closed state of the strap (28). The strap (28) and the base body (24) comprise a guide system which during the latching of the latching device (29) to the counter-latching device (32) is able to prevent a relative movement, brought about by the latching, of the strap (28) relative to the base body (24) at a right angle with respect to the pivoting plane.
