The present invention relates to a rice cake manufacturing device which is capable of consecutively manufacturing rounded rice cake sticks. The invention comprises: a motor (2) which is installed on a bar (200) that is slantly mounted on a base (100), and has a certain gradient; a shaft (4) of certain length, which is coupled with an axis (22) of said motor (2), and in which a first screw portion (41) is formed on the outer surface thereof; a casing (6) which is mounted on said bar (200), and in which a bearing (62) for supporting the axis (22) of said motor (2) and rotation of the shaft (4) is comprised inside the casing; a cylinder (8) which is coupled with the outer side of said casing (6), has a passage (80) into which said shaft (4) is inserted, and in which a second screw portion (852) is formed on the inner surface of said passage (80); a hopper (12) which has a supply pipe (124) for connecting with the passage (80) of said cylinder (8), and into which raw materials are injected; a discharge member (14) which is coupled with a lower end of said cylinder (8), and in which an outlet hole (140) connected with said passage (80) is formed; and a cooling means (9) which is coupled with the outside of said cylinder (8), performs a cooling operation using air or water.
