Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2011/071454
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The Rice Mill Machine consists of a structural outer base (1) with a chamber inside (2) and a top base with a tube (4) leading to the inner base supporting the flow of rice from the outer base to the milling section installed at the outer base. A passage for rice sliding to the outside and supporting a protrusion of the adjustment range of rice milling is made into a side of the huller machine, so that rice will slide through the rice rail (13). At the surface below the rice rail, a passage is made for the flow of rice contaminants which are extracted by an air extractor unit inside. The air extractor unit is composed of a fan base (16) with an exhaust fan (17) installed for extracting contaminants, after rice milling, which flows along the outlet to the passage. The back of the fan base supports the back-and- f of th movement of the contaminant chamber (19) after the contaminants are extracted by the exhaust fan (17).

Description:
Details of Invention

Invention name of Rice Mill Machine

Subject areas of the invention

Rice Mill Engineering Background information on related subjects

With reference to the Thai petty parents number 1078 and 1648 which demonstrates a rice mill machine disadvantageously without an air extractor unit extraction contaminants from rice after milling, in which they flow through the outlet in order to be kept in the contaminant chamber.

Features and purposes of the invention

The Rice Mill Machine consists of a structural outer base with a chamber inside and a top base with a tube leading to the inner base supporting the flow of rice from the outer base to the milling section installed at the outer base. A passage for rice sliding to the outer and supporting a protrusion of the

adjustment range of rice milling is made into a side of the huller machine so that rice will slide through the rice rail. At the surface below the rice rail, a passage is made for the flow of rice contaminants which are extracted by an air extractor unit inside. The air extractor unit is composed of a fan base with an exhaust fan installed for extracting contaminants, after rice milling, which flows along the outlet to the passage. The back of the fan base supports the back and forth movement of the contaminant chamber after the contaminants are extracted by the exhaust fan. The purpose of the invention is to make a passage into the surface below the rice rail for supporting the flow of rice contaminants after the milling process from which the air extractor extracts them to capture in the contaminant chamber.

Discloser of the complete invention

Picture 1 demonstrates the invention of the Rice Huller Machine which consists of a structural outer base 1 with a chamber inside, as clearly shown in Picture 2, for supporting other outer components.

At least one ventilation channel is made into a side of the outer base 1 in order to be an air passage discharging air from the chamber inside 2 to the outside, or vice versa.

From the top of the outer base, 1 , a conduit to the inside, 4, which has a shape of tube or cone with both ends open, at which one end below can be applied to an un-removable connection to the top of the outer base, 1. Also to a removable connection for supporting the rice flow from the outside of an open top end of the conduit, to the rice milling section 4 (no picture available) installed inside the outer base, 1.

There is a passage, sliding rice to the outside, 5, made into another side of the outer base,l, for supporting a protrusion of the adjustment rarige of rice milling, 6.

The adjustment range of rice milling, 6, is composed of a retaining flange which resembles a sheet bracket to support the seizure of the retaining flange, 8, part of rice milling (no picture available) installed inside the outer base, 1. The outside supports the bracket support with the open end of the outer tube, 9, with the inner end of the sliding axis, 10, inserted in another part of the inner sliding axis, 10, that appears from the tube outside, 9, which is put on with a push rod spring, 11. At the outside of the push rod spring, 11, a locking ring is locked into part of the inner sliding axis, 10, which is outside the outer tube, 9. The outer end of the inner sliding axis, 10, is enclosed with a torque handle, 12, for rotating and setting the milling levels or ranges of the milling process installed inside the outer base, 1, (no picture available) for rice sliding to the rail, 13.

The feature of the rice rail, 13, is composed of a supporting rail with the inner end to support the rice flow, after the milling process inside the outer base, 1, (no picture avail able), through the outer end to the outside container for milled rice, (no picture available)

At the surface below the rice rail 13, at least one passage is made through the rail, 14, for capturing the flow of rice contaminants after milling with the extraction power of the air extractor unit inside, 15. (clearly shown in picture 2)

Following picture 2, the other type of Rice Mill Machine of the same invention is composed of the outer base, 1, which features the outer structure with a chamber, 2, supporting the rice installment of at least one air extractor unit inside, 15. And this unit consists of a fan base, 16, which is a feature of the high range structure supporting an exhaust fan, 17, rotated by the electricity outside for extracting rice contaminants after milling to slide through the rice rail, 13, to the rail, 14.

The back of the fan base, 16, is for a container,- 18, supporting the back- and-forth movement below the contaminant chamber, 19. The contaminant chamber, 19, is a box with at least one top open, which can move in and out of tlie container base, 18, and move out of tl e outer base, 1. This chamber is installed at tl e outer base and designed for air contaminant capture extracted by tlie exhaust fan, 17, after rice milling (no picture available) and sliding out through the rice rail, 13.

At the front of the contaminant chamber, 19, a magnet inside, 21, holds the metallic inner or the inner magnet (no picture available) as it is another part inside tl e outer base, 1, preventing the contaminant chamber, 19, from moving outward, 1.

A removable groove is attached to the contaminant chamber outside, 19, for pulling the contaminant chamber, 19, by hand out of the outer base, 1.
