The present utility model relates to a rice-milling emery roller for processing germ rice, the emery roller comprising a cylindrical emery roller body, wherein the left end and right end of the emery roller body are both provided with a rotating shaft mounting groove, with an annular metal mounting sleeve being embedded in each rotating shaft mounting groove; an outer surface of the emery roller body is provided with multiple chutes parallel to each other, with an included angle between the chute and a horizontal plane being 5-20°; the left end of the emery roller body is provided with a tapered slope; and one end of the chute is arranged on the tapered slope, and the other end thereof penetrates the right end face of the emery roller body. According to the present utility model, the chute is obliquely arranged so as to have the function of guiding and overturning germ rice when milling rice; the left end and right end of the emery roller body are assembled on a rotating shaft by means of the annular metal mounting sleeves so as to achieve better stability and resistance to abrasion; and the tapered slope provided at one end of the emery roller body can have a guiding effect, thereby making it easier for germ rice to enter the chute.
