Abstract:

In order to suppress the occurrence of a level difference between core segments while suppressing the deterioration of a rubber biting property and a takeout property, a core body is formed from first core segments each having a small circumferential width and having circumferential both end surfaces as first matching surfaces, and second core segments each having a large circumferential width and having circumferential both end surfaces as second matching surfaces, and the core body is formed into a ring shape by causing the circumferentially adjacent first and second matching surfaces to face each other. The first matching surface is provided with a parallel surface portion parallel to a circumferential width central plane of the first core segment radially outside an outwardly inclined surface portion inclined radially inward in the direction in which the circumferential width increases.
