Abstract:
A river fish freshness preservation method, comprising: (1) after catching a fish farmed in a pond from the pond, putting the fish in 5% diethyl ether aqueous solution for 10 minutes to faint same; (2) after the treatment in step (1), covering the eyes of the fish with a paper, and immediately putting the fish in a -20°C icehouse to quickly freeze same for 20 minutes; (3) after the treatment in step (2), preserving the fish in a -15°C refrigerating apparatus, and before cooking, removing the paper covering the eyes of the fish, and putting the fish in a 15-20°C warm water basin to awake the fish. The method implements a long keepalive period of more than 10 days and features low costs.
