Abstract:
A road management system (10) comprises: a space detection means (11) that detects, to the side of a vehicle road on which a vehicle travels, a space above an auxiliary road on which a moving body other than the vehicle moves, on the basis of sensing information obtained by sensing the auxiliary road; an interrupted section identification means (12) that identifies, on the basis of the space above the auxiliary road detected by the space detection means (11), a section where a portion or all of the auxiliary road is interrupted; and an application means (13) that applies the interrupted section, identified by the interrupted section identification means (12), to a database.
