Abstract:

The invention relates to a roadside control device (1) for controlling whether a toll apparatus (11) installed in a motor vehicle (10) passing the control device (1) and carrying an identificatory licence plate (6) is functioning correctly. The toll apparatus (11) carries out an electronic, satellite-assisted toll deduction and is fitted with the following devices: a) a communication device (2), b) a classification device (3), a triggering device (4), d) an evaluation device (5) and e) a receiving device (7).
