Abstract:
In the present invention, a pedestrian terminal transmits a message including pedestrian information to a roadside device, wherein the roadside device, upon receipt of the message sent from the pedestrian terminal, stores as passage history information the pedestrian information included in said message, and detects, on the basis of the passage history information, the occurrence of any abnormal situation with respect to the person who owns the pedestrian terminal, and sends, to nearby pedestrian terminals, a message including information notifying that the abnormal situation has occurred to the person who owns the pedestrian terminal.
