Abstract:
A roadside support method by using high-water filled props, relating to the technical field of mine support. Said method comprises the steps of: connecting prop bodies (2) by means of a connector (7), and providing a connecting rod (6) to reinforce the stability between the prop bodies (2); and injecting a high-water material into a cylinder body (4) by means of a three-way valve (8) of the props, the high-water material entering the connected prop body (2) by means of the connector (7), and movable columns (3) of the prop bodies (2) being lifted to top plates. The high-water material comprises material A and material B with a weight ratio of 1:1, the material A comprising a sulfoaluminate cement clinker, a suspending agent and a super set retarder, and the material B comprising lime, gypsum, a suspending agent and a composite fast-setting and early strength agent; the volume of the high-water material is slightly increased after the high-water material is solidified, and the height of a prop body (2) fixedly supports a working surface; and the high-water filled props are used for permanent support of a roadway, and roadside support for gob-side entry retaining, and also used for replacing wooden props, single hydraulic props and concrete props. The present invention has a simple construction process, an easy operation and a low cost, and is beneficial to the protection of the environment.
