A robot apparatus is disclosed. The present robot apparatus comprises: a main body; a display member; a neck member which is rotatably connected to the main body and has one end thereof connected to the rear surface of the display member; a first drive apparatus which rotates the neck member around a first axis so that a display is disposed in a first position, where a display surface of the display faces upward, or in a second position where the display surface of the display faces forward; a stopper member which is disposed on the main body so as to be adjacent to the neck member; and a second drive device which moves the stopper member forward or backward so that the stopper member is disposed in a support position, making contact with the rear surface of the neck member, or in a spaced position spaced from the neck member.
