Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of robot arm spraying. Disclosed are a robot arm uniform spraying apparatus for Internet of things and a spraying method thereof. The apparatus comprises a base, a support plate, and a spraying mechanism; the support plate is slidably mounted on the upper end surface of the base; the spraying mechanism comprises two L-shaped columns; a paint storage box is fixedly mounted between the tops of the two L-shaped columns; drawing rods extending to the interior of a storage cavity are slidably inserted to two side walls of the paint storage box; the tip of each drawing rod is fixedly provided with a rubber sealing plug slidably fitting the inner side wall of the storage cavity; the bottom end of the paint storage box is provided with a plurality of uniformly distributed spray holes, and a spray head is mounted at the opening of each spray hole. In the present invention, the spraying mechanism can quickly adjust a spraying range according to the mechanical arms of different sizes and structures, so as to satisfy the spraying requirements for the mechanical arms. In addition, during a spraying process, by means of the relative movement of the support plate and the spraying mechanism, the spraying operation of the spraying mechanism on the mechanical arms is accelerated, thereby improving spraying efficiency.
