Abstract:
A robot is disclosed. The present robot comprises: at least one sensor; a driving unit; a memory that stores at least one instruction; and a processor that, by being connected to the memory and executing the at least one instruction: detects the occurrence of an event through the at least one sensor; identifies an interaction corresponding to the event; identifies user context; identifies an interaction parameter on the basis of history information stored in the memory, the interaction, and the user context; controls the driving unit to perform the interaction on the basis of the identified interaction parameter; acquires information about a user's reaction according to the performed interaction; and updates the history information on the basis of information about the identified interaction parameter and response.
