Abstract:
A robot hand (15) that can be mounted on a robot hand mounting section of a robot is provided with a suction holder (31), which holds a long work by sucking one surface of the work, and a pair of grasping tools (51l, 51r), which can be brought close to and separated from each other, and which hold both the work ends in the longitudinal direction of the work held by the suction holder. The suction holder is configured such that, along the surface of the work grasped by the pair of grasping tools, the suction holder can move in the direction orthogonally intersecting the longitudinal direction. With the robot hand, long works having small grasping margins, and long works having partially different longitudinal dimensions can be grasped.
