Abstract:
This robot hand system comprises: a robot hand having one or more holding units for holding an object 8 to be held, a drive unit for moving the holding unit, an encoder for detecting a moving distance of the holding unit, and a sensor capable of detecting a magnet arranged around the holding unit and a positional change with respect to the magnet; and a control device for controlling the drive unit on the basis of outputs of the sensor and the encoder. One of the magnet and the sensor is arranged so as to be able to move in accordance with the movement of the holding unit.
